B.Tech was created by the team behind Boreal Contractors — a Phoenix-based construction company founded ten years ago that now delivers $13M per year in multifamily and commercial work. We didn't build this from a boardroom or a pitch deck. We built it because we lived the problem. We managed trades, coordinated punch lists, chased callbacks, and dealt with fragmented communication on real projects for over a decade. Every delay, every rewalk, every text thread that should have been a system — that's what B.Tech was built to fix. We built the platform we wished existed.

Production homebuilder closeout is operationally complex and chronically under-systemized. Punch items live on blue tape. Trade assignments happen over text.
